Today's guest, Rachael Taylor, knows how to help people create health habits that last.  She has successfully coached people through self-care, weight loss, anxiety management, stress reduction, sugar addiction, depression, overwhelm, body shame, guilt, career change, self-care, and mindset.

Rachael used to deal with chronic pain, as she internalized perfectionism and the pressure to do more.  She turned to sugar, caffeine, and carbs to lighten her mood and stress, resulting in inflammation and physical pain every single day.

Now, she teaches women how to balance business, relationships and family with the right diet, proper exercise and self-care so they can love the skin they're in, boost their confidence, increase their success and live life to it's happiest!
