I'm in Costa Rica! We look at a core wound that reared it's head and asked me to visit it to witness, integrate, and heal the next layers of it. Hindsight is 2020, realizing that I had to heal that wound in order to hold a new edge of experience in my business and in my life. We talk about my psychedelic trauma and the resources, education, and integration facilitation that we are holding here at Ritual and Routine to hold space for the full spectrum of the psychedelic experience.
