Julia has, to the say the least, a very interesting combination of roles. First as an officer in charge of two centres for young offenders and secondly, as a yoga teacher. It certainly makes her someone, who by her own admission, has been forced to be empowered. She talks about how both roles complement each other, how she doesn't believe in ‘fake silence’ in yoga classes and encourages people to chat openly about themselves, the ways she's gained a new lease on life, being inspired by Willy Wonka and Dr Seuss, why you won't often see her unhappy, why Freddie Mercury is her hero and. how she would like her autobiography to be called "I don’t like talking about me."
