This is not your everyday conversation about intimacy.
So cozy up, brew some tea and join us with your journal.

I, like many, grew up in a household where mixed messages were sent about intimacy. Love felt like it needed to be earned. Showing up as myself felt like I would be too much or not enough.  I was told not to be so needy so I disconnect myself from the part of me that has wants and needs.

My deepest desire was to be seen and loved fully as myself. And yet, I was braced for rejection. Sound familiar?

No wonder intimacy is one of our deepest, pulsing cravings while also being the one of the scariest things we will do in this lifetime.

What You'll Learn in this Episode:

  • How to expand your bandwidth for intimacy and human experience
  • The importance of embodiment and the somatic experience of intimacy
  • The role of the True Self in midwife-ing us through trauma and intimacy knots
  • How to invite your triggers into your healing experience to cultivate deeper intimacy with yourself
  • What lessons can you learn from your Avoidant or Anxious partner?

This conversation is crash course is seeing yourself as a sovereign, fully integrated and whole True Self which then allows you to expand into an intimate relationship that feels safe and honoured.
