This meditation begins with us laying in a field of tall grass on a warm sunny day. A very intentional and grounding start to our meditation. We then rise from laying in this field to look and examine our surroundings. We spot a building and begin to walk towards it. The intention here is to feel. Does this place bring on unpleasant or forgotten memories? How does it make you feel and how is your body responding. We often suppress feelings because we don't want to experience pain but hopefully, by going to a place of observing, we are able to see and release and not relive.
