In this meditation our focus is really the breath. Making conscious connection to the breath and feeling your feet firmly on the ground. I bring the visuals in slowly so you really connect to the place you see and connect down through the feet.

Ungrounded feelings often have us unfocused, can create anxiety, and allow our emotions to be unbalanced. This meditation will help to reconnect and ground your energy.
