Hi ,

We are Greenkode (https://greenkode.net) a hi-tech company based in the UK, Cornwall.

We are working to reduce food waste in the hospitality sector. We are committed to a better sustainable future for all of us by making less food waste. Our podcast focuses on aiming for zero-waste and join us on this journey as we introduce you to environmental organisations, new tech, and green start-ups. In today’s Episode 28 Old and New Sustainable Practice, we look at reducing your carbon footprint and see how traditional businesses are changing their behaviour and chat with the South West UK Sustainable Organization TEVI about how they help sustainable businesses. We interview:

• Anya Doherty
 - the founder of Foodsteps talks to us about how climate impact labelling can help food businesses take their first steps toward climate-smart eating

• Catrin & Osian Jones – Co-founders of CRWST in Wales talk to us about their sustainability plans for their new venue

• Ben Rowswell – An Impact Partnership Development Manager from TEVI introduces their funding and project strategy for this year in the South West of the UK

Our next podcast will air in 2 weeks on the 12th July , please join us then. We appreciate any donations for the update of the podcast. Thank you for your support. https://www.patreon.com/greenkode
