In this short video we show you behind the scenes of filming Yoga with Melissa in a Yurt. In this vlog we filmed in some beautiful locations around East Sooke including Aylard Farms, Muir Beach and Whiffin Spit. These are all beautiful lo visit if you are travelling to East Sooke and beyond. They have gluten free crust options and are super accommodating to vegans as well. They are closed Wednesdays.
