Sometimes in life, you are meant to cross paths with certain people. Dr. Joe Johnson and I met randomly in a Gainesville Starbucks. I remember in our short conversation, he handed me a flyer for his new book and after that short interaction, I went and connected with him on social media.

For two years, I enjoyed the inspiring and motivational messages Joe would share and our friendship grew through a series of social media interactions, specifically on Instagram. I told him if he was ever back in Gainesville to hit me up for coffee (and he did!) and luckily, we were able to squeeze in a podcast recording too!
