Jorge Villalobos of The Best Restoration and Gainesville Turnover Specialists joins us and we hear about the first steps he took when things started to unfold with COVID-19. He was just getting back from a vacation to NYC and that's when the tide began to change.

Jorge's residential clients have virtually disappeared, but his team is now in full PPE, working the commercial side of the business and that's still flourishing. Jorge encourages business owners to not stop... "Don't stop thinking about what has to be done."

Jorge tells us about the biggest change he has had to make on the personal side and the business side of things. Adjusting to remote life has been a challenge because Jorge likes to be hands-on. With that said, he's found enjoyment in seeing his team members really step-up and take on more of the responsibility. In addition, Jorge tells us about the precautions they are taking with customers, how he is setting the business up for the future, and more.
