What is the best way eat for weight loss while still feeling satisfied? That can be a very controversial topic! The best way for you to eat while losing weight is the one you feel satisfied on and would be able to maintain for the rest of your life.  

Let me explain why I think using a lower carbohydrate approach to eating meets these requirements and is my preferred approach for myself and people I work with. I'll discuss the basic science behind it and discuss how to apply this to your life.
