When declaring your greatest of all time, your point of entry into rap/hip-hop is important. My G.O.A.T is Rakim. I am 43 years old and I grew up in the '80s. I am a fan of the braggadocio style of rap music because I love the confidence and the wordplay. My guest, AC is 34 years old and his G.O.A.T is Nas. We start this episode talking about Nas' debut album, 'Illmatic' and his favorite song from the album "Memory Lane," which was produced by DJ Premier. Nas speaks to my guest because he can identify with growing up in an environment full of love and challenges with the unyielding desire to have more. We talked about Beanie Segal, Stevie Wonder, and a House Music DJ named Armand Van Helden.
