Kim Marmon's mission is to encourage, celebrate and create spaces for black women and women of color to achieve their goals and become their truest selves. She has a B.A. in Sociology from Drake University and a M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of Missouri Kansas City.
