Dr McNally the Director of Public Health for Sandwell joins us on the show raising awareness to Mental Health issues which not only exists in adults but also in young people, baring her own experience with MH issues confirming the logic Mental health does not discriminate and knowing where to go to get easy access.

 

Not only do we go into depth with MH but also talk about a brand new project called the Stronger Sandwell Project, places for young people to go & a support line set up for them, elderly being able to get outside get some fresh air & meet new people if able plus people with disabilities having places to go that actually caters for them
