The mother of murdered son Joshua Ribera aka DEPZMAN in Birmingham 2013 joins us on the show to tell us about her harrowing experience of that dreadful night her sons life was horrendously taken through knife crime, a feeling no parent should have to bear.

 

But Alison took her despair & directed her pain to help heal others with a tribute to her son - she founded THE JOSHUA RIBERA ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS - where she held the first one in 2018 another in FEB 2020 - about kids who had lost their way, now educated and a new lease of life having turned their whole lives around highlighting second chances do exist.
