Before joining PlusDental Jan worked in several renowned companies and has volunteered with some of the most rewarding groups and individuals around the globe. Already working full time he finished his second master's degree (M.A. in General Management at the University Witten/Herdecke).

His educational foundation was an LL.B. program including HR and Psychology at the Brunswick European Law School and the University of Wisconsin.
