Loved this recording with Gayle. She was so honest and has so much to share with us all. Gayle was so honest and warm, she shares some tough experiences and we discussed the issue of sugar and food addiction. I really enjoyed editing this and listening back to the conversation we had in June.
Also on this show we have a cameo by Giles Brandreth (not that he knows) towards the end of the recording he answered my tweet and so I decided to play his wonderful poem about the low carb way of life.
