Nicole first came onto the show for our Big Conversation episode back in November but I felt it was time she had her own episode to tell her story. Nicole has a very interesting job being a singer on cruise ships but has been quite literally grounded during the pandemic. She talked about how she was in excruciating pain due to her gut health prior to Keto and how she has fixed these issues following the diet.
