We all know that Mindset is the “key” but how do we even begin to work on our mindset - one day at a time! Janis read the following from an ebook that she has on mindset:
“No matter what it is you want to achieve in life, what makes you happy, or how you hope things are going to turn out - it all starts with your mind.”
For many, it is by trial and errors - what works for one may not work for another. The point is, you have to start somewhere.
