In this episode we chat to Shaun aka @knackered_knackers. He started his account last year and sharing his own story has been a great support to men who are experiencing male factor infertility. He chats very openly with us about his diagnosis of azoospermia and how he and his wife went on to use a sperm donor to conceive their twins.
