Unbalance in life may be the consequence of negative thoughts, past experiences, guilty feelings or perceptions in one’s mind which may sabotage one’s happiness, health and progression in life.  You can work through many things such as overcoming fears and phobias, quitting smoking, working through past life issues and managing mental and physical pain.
