In this self-care podcast, I will talk about the importance of managing your emotions. Why it's important to take responsibility for the way you feel and how this can empower you in a positive way. We can't control the behaviour of others therefore learning to manage your emotions will help you get through challenging situations.  I know what you are thinking, I feel this way because of the things happening in my life, or what someone said or did to me. I completely understand. Just know that you don't have to remain stuck in negative feelings, this too shall pass.  Learning how to manage your emotions will help you let go of negative emotions that are blocking your progress.
