As we have entered a new decade, we thought of a very special episode featuring none other than the legendary Mr. Harsh Mariwala, chairman- Marico Ltd. and his partner in raising awareness about mental wellbeing, Rajvi Mariwala, Director- Mariwala Health Initiative.



The new wave of entrepreneurship has brought countless opportunities and disruption, however, with that comes challenges and a stress to outperform every single time.

The father-daughter duo had started Mariwala Health Initiative(MHI) to fund Mental Health initiatives and bring a change in the field of mental health in India.

Mr. Mariwala had also initiated The Ascent Foundation to nurture growth ready startup founders and accelerate them.

Ascent recently published a report in association with MHI where they studied various stress factors that affected their entrepreneurs' mental health and have created a detailed report on that study.
