If you’ve got a health challenge, you've probably heard that a lot. But how are you supposed to feel better when you feel miserable, or have pain, or depression? What about the family needing to be fed, kids taken to activiteis, and the cooking, shopping, and your never ending to-do list? 

Positivity can be elusive, but I’m here to help. Not with phony positivity and a fake smile, but finding true joy, and through that, the positive attitude that will help you.

The first three steps to truly feeling positive are:

  1. having a pity party,
  2. laughing every day,
  3. and making your bed.
