Today's guest is Nicole Davis, MS, OTR/L, GTS.

Nicole Davis is a 20 something, small town girl originally from Northeast Pennsylvania. She moved to Nashville, TN in 2014 because she knew there was something special waiting there for her, she just didn't know what at the time. She is now engaged to the love of her life & mom to 2 fur babies- a frisky rescue cat & a 7 month old Labradoodle.

She has been an occupational therapist for 5.5 years, is certified in Graston Technique Therapy and has completed credentialing as a Graston Technique Specialist. She now specializes in in-home pain management and restoring pain free range of motion for individuals with both acute & chronic illnesses. Nicole was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2015 and Endometriosis in 2013, and knows first hand what it feels like to live with chronic pain and fatigue. Nicole finds joy in trying many & new alternative therapies, including acupuncture, massage, flotation therapy, reiki, chiropractic care, & yoga. She is also an avid user of essential oils and dietary supplements to help support optimal health & wellness and minimize fibromyalgia symptoms.

Nicole's advice for women with chronic health issues: Focus on being healthy. Listen to your body. Do what healthy people do 7 take it one day at a time. Take some time for yourself.

Nicole's superpower is: She's flexible and open-minded. She's willing to try new and different things to help herself feel better.
