Have you heard of the 75 Hard Challenge? It's a hardcore physical and mental challenge. I've seen many posts about it since the new year and some friends brought it up to me last week. I'm turning 40 this year and I've been looking for a few challenges this year for myself and this will be my 1st one!  I did a little more research on it and with today being March 1st (and it's a Monday--I love starting something on a Monday) I'm starting the 75 Hard Challenge today!  However, I'm doing it in a more safe way.  Listen in to hear how I'll be doing this challenge!
