For the 23rd episode on TRP, I sit down with myself and my thoughts again and work through things the only way I know how, by thinking about them and talking about them. 

I make mistakes every single day and I can feel progress happen and I enjoy it, but don't think there's not confusion or doubt that tries to take over my mind. You have to make the decision to choose the right path in your mind to try and get the most of of our lives. 

I'm kind of all over the place, like usual, but hopefully you can take something and think a little differently in your mind and progress at things you enjoy.
