Wally Carmichael: Abundance Mindset To Live An Abundant Life - a podcast by Ben Gothard | Project EGG

In this episode of the Project EGG show, we are going to hear from Wally Carmichael. Wally hosts the Men of Abundance podcast, a show for men who strive to be abundant in everything they do in life. Wally Carmichael interviews men, women and couples who are truly living their life of abundance and have a powerful message to share with you.

Wally grew up in a rough neighborhood. He was surrounded by gangs, drugs, and violence. His childhood has had a huge impact on him even today. Wally recognizes that he is not afraid to face his fears and that has served him well as an entrepreneur. He also says that wanting to get out of this situation is what brought him to the Army. Through the Army he was able to get the education that he wanted. He didn't know it going in, but he would also learn tremendous lessons about leadership as well as service.

His time in the Army was influential because of the mentors that he had. He grew in leadership and was given opportunities to lead other soldiers. He learned that the military often fulfills peacetime missions like digging wells and providing clean water in places where they otherwise would not have access. This service mentality has stuck with him through his life. He spend 25 years serving his country in the Army.

Since retiring from active duty, he has realized how abundant his life really is. He attributes this to being grateful for what he has. He has a great life, but it is abundant because of his attitude. He shares his message of living an abundant life on his podcast, Men of Abundance. He talks with others about what it means to live an abundant life and how they can help others discover theirs.
