Cass Pierce: Small Business Capital Loans 101 - a podcast by Ben Gothard | Project EGG

In this interview, small business loan expert and lender, Cass Pierce, shares his story of becoming an entrepreneur after a long road of rich experiences in business.

He started off in sales as a Hewlett Packard channel partner, where he was responsible for sales of Hewlett Packard computer equipment to catalog companies across the nation. As a Value Added Reseller for HP, he worked with the software sales team to customize overall solutions for our customers.

After that position, he moved closer in to the Hewlett Packard ecosystem as a customer support engineer. Here, Cass was responsible for the installation, maintenance, repairs, and support of a wide variety of high tech equipment including super computers, servers, workstations, and personal computers, laptops, portables, networking equipment, printing, and plotter devices.

He obtained the highest civilian level of security clearances required for various branches of the federal government, military, and financial institutions. He completed many specialized training classes, online and in person, and has maintained certification for high end contracts and 3rd party customer contracts, including Dell and Cisco.

After his decision to leave HP, Cass decided to pursue his passion for supporting entrepreneurship and small business by starting an independent loan agency. He connects small business owner's to alternative lending sources, specializing in unsecured small business loans.
