• Authorities say a Pennsylvania State Trooper fired one shot at 18-year-old Anthony Allegrini, killing him, on I-95 after he hit two highway patrol officers with his car Sunday morning. Some people say there is video evidence that the young man was not behind the wheel of the car when he was killed. The District Attorney's Office is vowing to get to the truth, as we hear from KYW crime and justice reporter Kristen Johanson.


• The Pennsylvania House passed a budget along party lines. Democrats support it, saying it invests in Pennsylvanians, but House Republicans call it a “bait-and-switch.” KYW Suburban Bureau Chief Jim Melwert explains.


• Smoke from two wildfires spread over a significant portion of Burlington and Ocean counties over the weekend. Those fires are now 100% contained but several people needed treatment at local hospitals for smoke-related issues. KYW South Jersey reporter Mike Dougherty has more on this.
