• An Israeli grandmother with ties to the Philadelphia area, whom Hamas abducted from her home on Oct. 7, is among the latest group of hostages to be returned to Israel.


• Authorities in Bucks County arrested a man they say recorded his sexual assaults of young children and posted some of the material on social media. Three victims, ages 12 and younger, have been identified, and investigators fear there may be more victims yet.

  A 28-year-old Philadelphia man is on trial in Montgomery County, accused of firing several shots at a police officer in the parking lot of the King of Prussia Mall on a Sunday afternoon during the holiday shopping season.
