At least 52 people arrested during overnight looting throughout city - a podcast by Radio.com

• At least 52 people have been arrested in connection with the looting that occurred in various parts of the city through Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. The violence and theft took place after a peaceful rally around City Hall that followed a municipal court judge's dismissal all of charges against former police officer Mark Dial, who shot and killed Eddie Irizarry last month. Looted business owners are continuing to assess the damage and make repairs.


• New Jersey U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez pleaded not guilty to bribery charges Wednesday morning in Manhattan federal court, but his legal woes don't end there. The FBI has also opened a counterintelligence investigation into his relationships in Egypt, according to multiple reports. 


• It’s a day of remembrance at Roxborough High School, where, one year ago today, a shooting after a football scrimmage left a freshman dead and four other teens injured.


• Authorities in South Jersey are searching for a man serving time for attempted murder who escaped custody over the weekend.
