In the energy sector, Jeff focuses on the various factors influencing the prices of crude oil and natural gas. He then assesses the demand and supply factors that will impact on the prices of various base metals, including aluminium, copper, lead and nickel. In the agricultural markets, Jeff sets out his views on the prospects for the prices of several soft commodities, including corn, soybean, wheat, beef, pork and coffee. In addition, Jeff discusses the flow of funds into the commodities sector and explains why he expects global asset allocators to invest a higher proportion of their funds in commodities in the years ahead.
