As we begin our special series “Your Body In Balance” with Dr. Neal Barnard and “The Weight Loss Champion” Chuck Carroll the pair are joined by twin sisters Nina and Randa Nelson whose struggle with acne led to bouts of depression and took a toll on both the budding entertainers’ careers. During bad flare ups they would shut themselves inside their home and shut out their friends and the outside world. It seemed as though pimples would plague them their entire lives and that all hope was lost. That is until they changed what their diet.
