Oh, we're getting vulnerable on today's episode.

As you all know, I've been exploring institutional religion again after some old wounds resurfaced after the election. Today, I'm sharing an update on where I am in this journey and the vulnerability that's coming up learning to lean into trust again after a really bad breakup.

In today's episode, we're talking about:

  • the walls we build to keep ourselves safe
  • the discomfort we feel when we let others in
  • how we stay open and curious and
  • how we welcome in the seeds of love

I know this is the beginning of a beautiful love story for me, one of healing and transforming pain into love and fear into more faith.  I'm excited, nervous, and giddy for where this path will lead, but it feels so good to be in a place where I feel seen and held.   As we celebrate Valentine's Day tomorrow, let it be a day of reflection of the love story you're currently writing for yourself.  What needs to be healed?  What needs to be forgiven?  What needs to be seen and heard and held?  How can you be more vulnerable to move closer to the hurt instead of further away? The most important love story we'll ever write is the one with our own soul <3

I'll see you in a few days for another Transformational Thursday episode!
