Marcia Moody: Weight Loss, Royals and Old Hollywood - a podcast by Emma Gunavardhana

Marcia Moody is an accomplished author and writer. She has penned two biographies, has written for every major magazine and newspaper, and she's currently a columnist for Weight Watchers Magazine as she charts her weight loss journey.

She's also my dear friend and my go-to friend for no-nonsense, real life advice, which is why I couldn't wait to get her on the show.

In this episode we talk about her weight loss journey with Weight Watchers which you can follow on instagram @wwmarcia and the two biographies she penned on Kate Middleton and Prince Harry. 

She also tells me about the times she went to the Oscars in LA - more than once I hasten to add - and the celebrities she's most enjoyed interviewing in her career.
