Giordano and his producer Dan discuss the concept after Giordano reads a Will Bunch Inquirer column, in which he spoke with a 66-year-old Pastor who has an enormous amount of debt. Dan tells how much a solution such as those proposed by Progressives would help and his fiancé in the short term, but notes that many in his generation don’t seem to have the foresight to realize what this would do to us down the road. Giordano takes callers who point out how unfair such a proposal is to those with other forms of debt, asking why student loan debt should be excused while things like mortgages get no relief.
