1235 - Andy McCarthy joins the program to discuss the Hunter Biden case and his reaction over the special counsel being assigned to his case. Andy gives intricate details of the case and how he thinks it could be over. They then move to the topic of indictment, how these people charging him know they cannot use the fanfare of January 6th to charge him, but they will use any other infraction to try and get retribution for that day. 

1250 - The Inquirer writes a piece over the legacy of Mayor Jim Kenney. Dom deep dives into this piece as the language is very specific, trying to prop him up as the guy who can get southeastern PA to vote blue in the next Presidential election. 120 - A parent is being prosecuted in New Jersey for wanting to know what’s going on in their child’s school. Dom details teachers now whiting-out students' names on tests to indicate that parents do not need to use the name their child uses at school. Look at the bravery shown by Riley Gaines by speaking out in the face of adversity.

130 - Dom moves back to prohibiting biological boys from competing in girls’ sports. Dom goes through a new proposal that would limit sports to designated sex, get back to policing violence and drugs among the youth, and more.
