It turns out that Figueroa-Ardon had participated in a week-long crime spree spanning South Jersey and Pennsylvania, but cannot be deported back to his home country of El Salvador due to his DACA status. Then, Keeley and Giordano discuss a situation that allegedly unfolded at Market and Washington streets, in which a member of the Mad Max-like dirtbike and ATV gangs of Philadelphia attacked and drew a gun on a person who accidentally hit him.
