Rep. Aaron Kaufer Wants Wolf To Act On Ben and Jerry’s BDS-Inspired Ban - a podcast by Radio.com

Pennsylvania State Representative Aaron Kaufer of Luzerne County joins the show to explain why he has called for the Wolf administration to act on a BDS-inspired ban by Ben and Jerry’s on selling their products in parts of Israel. First, Giordano and Kaufer discuss why Israel gets protections that other countries in the Middle East don’t receive, to which Kaufer explains that Israel is the bastion of the West in the Middle East. Then, the two discuss why Ben and Jerry, who are both Jewish, would support something such as this. Kaufer explains that he doesn’t believe it’s their decision to make, as they’ve sold their company to Unilever. Kaufer explains that this is an attack on the legitimacy of Israel and their existence, part of a Progressive left wing that has gone way over the top in attempting to advance radical causes, such as the BDS movement.
