Dom Giordano, WPHT host and former teacher, has dedicated much of his daily show toward parents who are taking it into their own hands to push back against school boards that have a negative impact on their children. This has culminated in a weekly podcast on education, Readin', Writin', and Reason, which has allowed wonderful relationships to develop between Giordano, educators, and parents throughout the country who are speaking out against overbearing school boards.

First, Dom welcomes in Briana V. Whatley, a high school student from down in Florida, onto the Dom Giordano Program after she was denied a fair debate after a judge took offense to her factually referring to former President Donald Trump. Whatley first tells why she wanted to involve herself in her High School’s debate team, explaining that she one day hopes to practice law or even enter into politics herself. Then, Whatley takes us through the day that has now made national headlines, explaining that she was debating the positivity of Trump’s treatment of issues in the Middle East during his presidency when she was knocked a couple points and told not to refer to the former President. Whatley explains the general temperature of the debate scene in today’s hyper-political world, also nothing that pro-Capitalist arguments are automatic losers, as well.

Then, Dom welcomes in PA State Representative and leader of Pennsyvalnia's Freedom Caucus, onto the show to discuss multiple issues being debated in Harrisburg. First, Keefer offers her analysis on the denial by Governor Josh Shapiro of lifeline scholarships and school choice, after the Governor noted he'd be line-vetoing the portion of the budget. Then, Keefer offers an update on her continued effort to hold funding from public schools and universities due to their support and the offering of gender-affirming care and other questionable practices, explaining her plan to redirect that money to allow younger children the opportunity to choose where they'd like to be schooled.
