Jody Della Barba rejoins the Dom Giordano Program with a person she’s now teamed up with, Harrowgate Civic Association President Shannon Farrell, as they gear up to get ahead of the news last week of a coming safe injection site in Philadelphia. Della Barba and Farrell have organized a protest this Wednesday in hopes to prevent the safe injection site from coming to Philadelphia. First, Dom interviews Farrell, with the president of the civic association revealing how the drug scene has negatively impacted her neighborhood, which abuts Kensington and Port Richmond.
