Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Dom welcomes attorney Wally Zimolong back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss multiple lawsuits that Zimolong is working on both in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Nationwide. First, though, Dom noticed that Zimolong had been tweeting about the Biden administrations new equivalent to 1984’s ‘Ministry of Truth,’ after announcing that an office would be set up to prevent the spread of what they consider disinformation. Then, Wally updates two important cases, first telling about a suit revolving around masking, telling what he’s doing to push back against ridiculous edicts in the wake of Coronavirus. Also, Zimolong updates Dom on a case of alleged discrimination in Philadelphia schools, telling about alleged racial discrimination in the admission process for magnet schools in the City.

Then, after Wally signs off, Dom switches over to a local story, telling about a 10 year-old girls soccer player who wasn’t allowed to play in a game after being told the beads attached to her braid broke the rules. Dom sides with the referees, telling that it is the rule as currently written, telling he also agrees with the rule as the beads could be determined a foreign object entering into the playing field. After that, television and media critic Neal Zoren returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss what’s worth watching in television this week. Dom, incredibly excited for the return of his favorite recent show, spends most of the time pontificating about the newly released season of Ozark. Neal reveals that he thinks this season will be the ‘Season of Ruth,’ with a large focus on breakout actress Julia Garner’s supportive character Ruth Langmore, and tells what to expect in the new episodes. Also, Zoren gives a review of David Simon’s new series We Own This City, telling of the differences between the new series and Simon’s previous series about the Baltimore Police Department The Wire.
