Majority Leader of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Kerry Benninghoff rejoins the Dom Giordano Program, this time to discuss a plan by the Wolf administration that will cost taxpayers $100 million for paid week-long vaccine holidays for government employees. In the new proposal, Wolf announced that he will offer employees five days of paid leave to be used between Dec. 20 and March 31 for showing proof of a COVID-19 vaccination. If the five days aren’t used, the vaccinated employee will receive a lump sum payment for the remainder of the leave time. Benninghoff asks what the end goal is in proposing such an edict, and explains why this is incredibly detrimental for Pennsylvania taxpayers. (Photo by Mark Makela/Getty Images)
