Jack Ciattarelli, Republican candidate in the New Jersey gubernatorial race, rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss multiple issues concerning the Garden State. First, Ciattarelli and Giordano discuss the new CDC guidelines coming later today, which would reportedly require students K-12 to mask in schools, even if vaccinated. Then, Ciattarelli and Giordano discuss the topic of Critical Race Theory, as Republican governors throughout the country look to ban the divisive teachings from their public schools. Tying both topics together, Ciattarelli tells that if elected, he would appoint an ombudsman to advocate for parents pushing back against school boards who, for example, refuse to offer in-person schooling or implement CRT with no parental input. Finally, Giordano and Ciattarelli discuss public safety and the bungling of justice reform that we’ve seen play out in the state, highlighting that for the first time that either can remember, shore towns are having to incorporate curfews to curb a rise in crime. Ciattarelli explains that all of these topics, those on the other side of the aisle are radically taking things too far, and New Jersey needs a bit of normalcy. (Photo by Getty Images)
