Matt Rooney of SaveJersey.com returns to the Dom Giordano Program, this time for a discussion of the news surrounding Bruce Springsteen, after word broke this week that he was charged with a DWI back in November. Springsteen, who refused a breathalyzer after being pulled over, blew a .02 when he arrived at the police station. Many online are wondering how, if he blew such a low number, he could be charged with a DWI. Rooney explains that in New Jersey, when denying a breathalyzer, it usually ends there. That being said, in the rare case that something like this happens, it’s still standard to move forward with charges based on whether or not there was impairment. Also, Rooney gives his thoughts on the primary fight for the Republican nominee in the New Jersey gubernatorial race. (Photo by Jamie Squire/Getty Images)
