Then, Dom plays back some clips from today’s Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker’s press conference announcing new Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel, first highlighting Parker’s continued stance on stop-and-frisk, standing by her campaign promise to not remove any tools from her police force. Then, Dom plays back a clip from the Commissioner himself, who previews how he’ll deal with controversial District Attorney Larry Krasner.


Then, Dom welcomes in Riley Gaines, former NCAA swimmer who’s now become a feminist activist striving for fairness in women’s sports, to discuss a transgendered swimmer at Ramapo College who is smashing team records, similarly to UPenn’s Lia Thomas. First, Gaines tells us the dominance that’s taken place since Meghan Cortez-Fields has entered into the field, explaining how the trans-female performed as a swimmer in the male division.
