Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by updating the audience on the Pennsylvania senate race, telling that the Left media has now honed in on Dr. Mehmet Oz’s net worth, telling that they use his income as a detriment, which Dom argues with. Then, Giordano reveals the topics that are most important to Pennsylvania voters after a recent poll, telling that the value of public safety in the election has skyrocketed since the George Floyd protests in 2020. Then, Giordano takes a victory lap after learning that Mayor Kenney has dropped the residency requirement for the Philadelphia Police Department, which formerly made it so any new police recruits had to live in Philadelphia for a certain time prior to hire. Also, Giordano plays back a clip from Jon Stewart’s new show, in which the former Daily Show host blasts the American dream as a fallacy for black people, with Giordano arguing that the American dream does have different levels of attainability, but includes a ton of peripheral factors including race. Then, State Senator Holly Schepisi returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a concern she’s heard repeatedly from parents both in and outside of her district. Schepisi tells Giordano that multiple parents have reached out to her with concerns about a suggested curriculum to incorporate into the State’s education edict, which advises teachers to send students to a website for additional resources. After going to the suggested website, Schepisi’s first video she stumbles upon is a video for children enabling the normalcy of watching porn, comparing porn stars to literal superheroes. Schepisi tells that she was absolutely stunned by the videos suggested in the curricula, telling why she finds these types of teachings incredibly inappropriate for the target audience.
