Farry has been negotiating with the health department since Tuesday after writing a letter that forced state officials to the table. In the letter, Farry noted multiple questions that he wanted answered by the state, such as ‘who developed the COVID index’ and other specificities that drill down on the distribution operations. Farry is hopeful that, because a real conversation has actually begun, the state will work to better the distribution strategy, but is still somewhat hesitant that anything will actually change.
