Winter takes us chronically through his recent history of fighting against the state over overbearing and unlawful mandate and orders. Winter explains why he personally takes umbrage with the handling of edicts from the administration during the pandemic, explaining the implication that Wolf’s waffling has had on school board meetings all around Pennsylvania. Winter explains that Harrisburg should not be dictating decisions to towns, decisions that should be made by the local jurisdictions as written into Pennsylvania law. Winter explains that he’s already been contacted by school board members hoping to push back against their entire school board and the state-wide edict, and hopes to help anybody else that’d like to take legal action against the new mandate.
